4. Services and Project Terms
4.1 Project Proposals and Estimates
All estimates are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change based on site conditions, materials, or design adjustments.4.2 Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Deposits may be required to schedule work.
4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or scheduling has been confirmed.
4.4 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if client behavior is deemed abusive, unsafe, or in violation of applicable laws.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure that electrical connections and property infrastructure meet safety standards.
Not hold Exterior Lighting Concepts responsible for pre-existing conditions (e.g., faulty wiring, structural issues).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content, designs, graphics, and materials on our website and in project deliverables remain the property of Exterior Lighting Concepts unless otherwise stated.6.2 Client Materials
Any logos, brand assets, or property images provided by the client remain their property. By supplying such materials, clients grant us permission to use them solely for project execution.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use your contact details to send confirmations, service updates, or promotional offers (you may opt out at any time).
8. Third-Party Services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exterior Lighting Concepts, its employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our Services, violation of these Terms, or third-party claims related to your property or conduct.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services at any time if you violate these Terms or act unlawfully. You may also request termination of Services at any time, subject to project-specific agreements.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Muscogee County, GA.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Exterior Lighting Concepts regarding the Services.
